Amy Brown began working for Barbara as a Legal Assistant in 2005. She has extensive experience managing personal injury cases from beginning to end, including medical records management and analysis, preparing settlement packages and dispersing settlement funds, drafting letters and pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery requests, scheduling depositions, preparing and organizing trial exhibits, and assisting with trial preparation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Amy worked for a litigation firm in Rockville, Maryland, the Texas Attorney General’s Office in San Antonio, Texas, and in the medical profession as a Pharmacy Technician. She earned her B.S degree cum laude, in Paralegal Studies from the University of Maryland, University College in 2000.
Amy is a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, an international women’s organization dedicated to community service. She is the First Vice President of her local chapter.
