Jenny Rethi is the Client Relations Coordinator and a Legal Assistant at WilliamsFord. She is typically the first point of contact for potential clients who call or visit WilliamsFord and she routinely interviews and gathers essential case information from potential clients seeking to hire a personal injury attorney. Jenny is a patient and empathetic listener dedicated to outstanding client service.
Jenny is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the office including coordinating office activities and operations, managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for the attorneys, sending out retainer agreements to new clients, supporting bookkeeping procedures, managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence. She also manages the office inventory, does all the banking, and disburses settlement proceeds to clients. Jenny earned her Associates Degree in Business from Cambria-Rowe Business College in 1993.
